Building the Future of Golf
Old Money Golf Holdings, Inc. is a newly formed holding company developing the OMG brand, technology, and intellectual property. I'm building the prototype for what will become the hottest franchise opportunity in decades.

Structure
.01
“Old Money Golf Holdings, Inc. is being structured as a Florida C-Corp utilizing a sophisticated two-entity model to protect and scale proprietary brand and intellectual property.”
Dual-Entity
Framework
My mission is to build the prototype for the hottest franchise opportunity in decades. By separating planned Franchisor operations from Tech/IP assets, I'm designing a resilient corporate foundation that will prioritize long-term value for Platinum Legacy Founding Members.
The Franchisor LLC will manage venue operations and brand standards, while the Tech/IP LLC will hold proprietary systems and digital assets. This strategic separation is designed to optimize SBA 7(a) financing and investor security.

The Founders' Speakeasy
Hidden in plain sight.
It will look like a vintage phone booth — a quirky design piece sitting against the wall of the main lounge. But lift the handset, and an AI concierge greets you by name. Present your RFID key, and the back wall of the booth swings open into the most exclusive room in the venue. Fail the check, and the AI will have a little fun at your expense.
No signs. No directions. No velvet rope. Just a phone booth that rewards those who belong. Step through, and you enter an 800 square foot speakeasy lounge — dark leather, a zinc-topped bar stocked with curated bourbon, scotch, and single-malt whiskeys, and the kind of conversations that shape the future of the game. If you know, you know.
Your Glass. Your Locker.
Every Founding Member will receive a custom laser-engraved crystal rocks glass — monogrammed with their initials and the OMG crest. Crafted at the in-house Customization Bar and stored in a personal locker alongside a private spirit selection.
Walk in, open your locker, pour from your own bottle into a glass that has your name on it. Eight leather club chairs, two sofas, a communal table for ten, and a private GCQuad sim bay for when the conversation turns competitive. Once your name is on that locker, you're not leaving.

The Pro Shop & Customization Bar
Where gear meets craft.
More than a retail space — I'm designing a premium destination where members and guests will get fitted by a touring-caliber pro, browse curated OMG merchandise, and watch their gear get personalized in real time at the Customization Bar. Planned to sit adjacent to the sports bar and visible from the main entrance, the Pro Shop is designed to create energy from the moment you walk in.

Custom Fittings
A dedicated fitting bay with the Foresight GCQuad launch monitor — the same unit trusted by the PGA Tour. An on-site golf pro will deliver precision club fittings, swing analysis, and custom orders — no heavy inventory, just the right fit.
Pro Instruction
One-on-one lessons in a private simulator bay reserved exclusively for the pro. Swing analysis, short game work, and data-driven coaching booked directly through the pro's calendar.
Customization Bar
An xTool F1 Ultra laser engraver built into a ventilated counter — right on the retail floor. Name engraving, logo application, and custom messages on clubs, accessories, glassware, and more. Watch it happen.
OMG Branded Merchandise
Premium polos, quarter-zips, hats, joggers, and accessories. Seasonal limited drops and collaboration pieces. Every item available for on-the-spot personalization.

The Fitting Bay
A dedicated simulator bay inside the Pro Shop — reserved exclusively for fittings, demos, and lessons. The pro will run their own calendar, so there will never be booking conflicts with members. It also creates visible action for walk-ins — a working pro on the floor is the best retail strategy there is.
Equipped with a full sim screen, projector, PC, and a Foresight GCQuad launch monitor — the industry gold standard with four high-speed cameras capturing 400 images per second. Demo clubs from select premium brands, custom order catalogs, and training aids like putting mirrors, alignment sticks, and impact tape.
