From the Founder
A month ago, this was just a conversation over coffee. Today, Old Money Golf Holdings is real — incorporated, and building in public.
I'm not here to disrupt golf. I'm here to honor it.
For years, I watched the indoor golf space fill with noise — venues chasing volume, sacrificing craft for scale. Meanwhile, the best golfers in America were hungry for something different: a place that treated the game with respect, where technology served tradition instead of replacing it, and where membership meant something.
So I'm building Old Money Golf.
What I've Accomplished (Week 1)
The Foundation is Set. The business plan is locked (v2.0). I've finalized the Founders' Speakeasy concept — yes, the secret phone booth entrance with the AI concierge is real, and it's going to be unforgettable. The architectural renderings are done. The blueprint for the 14,000 sq ft flagship facility is in hand.
The Corporate Structure is in Place. Old Money Golf Holdings, Inc. is formed as a Florida C-Corp. The dual-entity model — Franchisor LLC for operations and Tech/IP LLC for proprietary assets — is designed and ready to execute.
The Digital Presence is Live. The corporate website is up, the investor inquiry forms are operational, and Google Analytics is tracking.
What's Next
Site Acquisition — Finding and securing the right flagship location in Lakewood Ranch. This hasn't started yet.
The Build Plan — 15 GCQuad simulator suites, each one a masterpiece. A bar that feels like it belongs in a 1920s private club. A kitchen that takes F&B seriously. And that Speakeasy — the moment you lift that phone handset, you'll know this is different.
Key Hires — A General Manager and Head Teaching Professional are the first two critical hires once the build timeline is set.
Build in Public — I'm launching an “Architect Milestones” content series. You'll see the designs, the decisions, the real conversations behind the build. No corporate speak. Just transparency.
Get Involved
If you're interested in the vision — whether as an investor, a future member, or someone who just wants to follow along — reach out. I'm building this in the open, and I'm looking for people who want to be part of it.
